You may use the Site and purchase products only if you are at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not prohibited from using the Site under applicable law.

Travel Black sells dietary supplement products, including Travel Black Daily D3 and related wellness products. Our products and statements about our products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site, in marketing, through email or SMS, social media, creator content, or other Travel Black content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Consult a healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, trying to become pregnant, under medical supervision, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

We try to describe products accurately, but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, pricing, ingredient information, availability, shipping estimates, promotional offers, or Site content will always be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We may change, discontinue, reformulate, relabel, repackage, limit, or recall products at any time, subject to applicable law.

Products purchased from Travel Black are intended for personal, household use only. You may not resell, redistribute, export, relabel, repackage, or commercially exploit any Travel Black product without our prior written consent.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

When you place an order, you agree to pay all amounts shown at checkout, including product prices, taxes, shipping, handling, and other applicable charges. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge that payment method.

Some products may be offered through automatically renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Travel Black and its payment processors to charge your payment method at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal date until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date. See our Subscription Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. We currently ship to the United States only. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law. See our Shipping Policy.

Our Refund Policy explains return eligibility, refund timing, and exclusions. Unless stated in that policy or required by law, shipping charges are non-refundable and opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed products may not be eligible for return.

Promotions are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of the offer and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Promotions are not redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise or required by law.

Additional terms may apply to referral, affiliate, creator, ambassador, or similar programs, including the Affiliate and Creator Terms. Participants must comply with advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, platform, and FTC disclosure rules and may not make medical, disease, treatment, cure, prevention, or guaranteed-result claims.

Travel Black may offer memberships, waitlists, community features, events, content, perks, early access, partner offers, or other benefits. Benefits may be modified, paused, substituted, or discontinued at any time unless expressly stated in writing.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Travel Black a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting Travel Black.

Reviews, testimonials, stories, photos, videos, or statements reflect individual experiences and opinions. Individual results may vary and are not guarantees or medical claims.

The Site, products, packaging, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photos, videos, software, content, product names, and other materials are owned by Travel Black or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

The Site may include links, integrations, checkout tools, payment processors, shipping providers, subscription management tools, email/SMS tools, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that Travel Black may contact you about your account, orders, subscriptions, purchases, customer service issues, product updates, promotions, and other matters. SMS messages are subject to our SMS Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, account, subscriptions, promotions, community features, or services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the Site improperly.

The Site, content, products, services, memberships, promotions, and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Black will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages. Travel Black's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Travel Black for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability or $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel Black and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, licensors, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Site, products, services, User Content, violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or participation in promotional programs.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, products, services, subscriptions, memberships, promotions, or your relationship with Travel Black will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.

You and Travel Black agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access. You and Travel Black waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, representative, private attorney general, or consolidated action.

Before filing arbitration or a lawsuit, contact us at support@travelblack.com with a written description of your claim, the relief you seek, and your contact information. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice is received, either party may proceed with arbitration or another permitted proceeding.

We may update these Terms, change the Site or services, and assign or transfer these Terms as permitted by law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, are the entire agreement between you and Travel Black regarding the Site, products, and services.
