1. Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew until canceled. You authorize Travel Black and its payment processors to charge your payment method at the start of your subscription and on each renewal date.
2. Subscription Details
- Product, quantity, price, billing frequency, renewal date or renewal frequency.
- Shipping charges, taxes, if any, and cancellation instructions.
- Any subscription discounts, trial offers, bundles, or free gifts disclosed at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account, using the subscription management portal, or emailing support@travelblack.com. To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
4. Effect of Cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or return orders that have already processed.
5. Skips, Pauses, Changes, and Price Changes
We may allow you to skip, pause, delay, or modify a subscription. Available options may vary and are not guaranteed. Changes must be completed before the renewal cutoff to apply to the next order. We may change subscription prices, shipping charges, taxes, or benefits with notice where required by law.
6. Failed Payments and Product Availability
If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge, ask you to update payment information, suspend shipment, cancel your subscription, or take other steps permitted by law. If a subscription product is unavailable, discontinued, reformulated, or delayed, we may delay shipment, cancel the order, substitute a substantially similar product with notice where required, or cancel the subscription.
7. Checkout Subscription Disclosure
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Travel Black to charge your payment method today and automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting Travel Black at least 72 hours before your next renewal date. Subscription orders already processed may not be refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.
