1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We may expand, limit, or change shipping locations at any time.

2. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, inventory shortages, or carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates, taxes, and applicable fees will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, address accuracy, weather, supply chain issues, security screening, regional disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Tracking

If tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.

5. Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by you. If an order is returned because of an address issue, we may offer reshipment at your expense or issue a refund less shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

6. Lost, Stolen, Marked Delivered, or Damaged Orders

If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@travelblack.com. For damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you when products are delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
