1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Travel Black purchase. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at support@travelblack.com. Unless otherwise stated below or required by law, refunds and returns are subject to this policy.
2. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 7 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, contact us with your order number, name, shipping address, and reason for the request.
3. Eligible Returns
- Purchased directly from Travel Black.
- Returned within the applicable return window.
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Not marked final sale or otherwise excluded.
4. Opened Products
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed dietary supplement products may not be eligible for return or refund unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and any other information we reasonably request.
6. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal cutoff. If a renewal order has already processed, the order may not be refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated in this policy. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
7. Shipping Charges, Discounts, and Refund Method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or required by law. If your order included a discount, promotional code, credit, gift, or bundle pricing, your refund may reflect the discounted amount actually paid. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
8. Third-Party Purchases and Abuse
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Travel Black. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, marketplace, affiliate storefront, or other seller, contact that seller. We may refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or credits if we suspect fraud, abuse, excessive returns, policy manipulation, resale activity, or violation of our Terms.
