1. Program Participation
Participation is subject to approval by Travel Black. We may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any participant at any time. Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, broker, representative, or distributor relationship.
2. Compliance with Law
- FTC endorsement and testimonial guidelines.
- Advertising and consumer protection laws.
- CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FDA, and FTC rules regarding dietary supplement claims.
- Social media platform terms and privacy and data protection laws.
3. Required Disclosures
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Travel Black whenever you post, share, email, message, advertise, or otherwise promote Travel Black products. Acceptable disclosures may include "Paid partnership with Travel Black," "I earn a commission from this link," "Ad," or "Sponsored." Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand.
4. Prohibited Claims
- Do not claim that Travel Black products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, or reduce the risk of any disease or medical condition.
- Do not claim or imply that products cure vitamin D deficiency, treat depression, anxiety, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, bone disease, infections, immune disorders, cancer, COVID-19, or any disease.
- Do not claim products replace medical care, produce guaranteed results, are safe or appropriate for everyone, or have benefits not approved in Travel Black's written claim guidelines.
- Use only approved product descriptions, talking points, claims, and creative assets provided by Travel Black.
5. Content Standards
Your content must not be false, misleading, deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, violent, or infringing. You may not use Travel Black's brand in connection with content that promotes illegal drugs, tobacco, weapons, hate, harassment, discrimination, or other content we deem harmful to the brand.
6. No Spam or Manipulation
- Do not send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Do not use bots, fake accounts, scripts, automated posting, fake engagement, or misleading traffic.
- Do not bid on Travel Black trademarks in search ads without permission.
- Do not use misleading domains, fake coupons, fake reviews, unauthorized landing pages, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or deceptive affiliate tracking.
- Do not misrepresent your relationship with Travel Black.
7. Commissions, Credits, and Rewards
Commission rates, referral credits, payment timing, eligibility, and payout methods will be disclosed separately. We may withhold, reverse, reduce, or cancel commissions, credits, or rewards for returned orders, canceled orders, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, policy violations, unapproved claims, suspicious traffic, orders not properly tracked, or conduct we determine is abusive or inconsistent with the program.
8. License to Creator Content
By submitting or tagging Travel Black in content, or participating in a Travel Black creator campaign, you grant Travel Black a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, repost, display, distribute, edit, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your content in connection with Travel Black's business, marketing, advertising, social media, website, email, and paid media. Campaign-specific agreements may provide different terms.
9. Brand Assets and Termination
Travel Black may provide logos, product images, packaging images, copy, talking points, videos, links, discount codes, or other brand assets. Use those materials only as authorized and only while you remain in good standing. Upon termination, you must stop using Travel Black links, codes, claims, assets, and promotional materials unless we authorize otherwise.
10. Creator Claim Control Language
Creators may not make disease, treatment, cure, prevention, deficiency-correction, or guaranteed-result claims about Travel Black products. Approved claims must come from Travel Black's written claim guidelines. Any post must clearly disclose the creator's material connection to Travel Black.
